with laptops you can move around while yout using it with a regular desktop it just stays on the table/desk
A laptop can be carry around and a desktop cant be carry around.
desktop computers need to be on a desk and laptop computers are portable you can take them anywhere.

I DESKTOP COMPUTER IS DEFFERENT THAN LAPTOP BECAUSE A LAPTO YOU CAN TAKE IT ANDY WHER YOU WANT AND A DESKTOP HAS TO STAY IN YOUR HOUSE
The differences is that laptops are small and computers are big. Also laptops don’t have a mouse. Computers you can’t walk around with them.
umm lap tops is better lik more avanced and u can move them place to place withouth all the cords and stuff and a deck top is older and alot bigger then the labtops or
the difference between the laptop and the computer is that a lap top u can take with u and carie it around everwhere u go. and there is times to where it has to be plugged up to be charged or for internet service. and a computer can only stay in one spot and u can sit down at the table to use it, and sometimes there can be promblems with the computer of the internet service.
the thing is that laptops u can take places and desktop u cant take places and laptops is ways less then the desktop and laptops is more funner.
The diffrece between A desktop and Laptop computer is that a Desktop is like our computers in here. You have The moniter the computer, and they keyboard and mouse. with an optional Printer somtimes. Laptops Are computers that have a mouse and keyboard and screen in one complete thing. Laptops are a wireless Computer. Desktops are non wireless.
A laptop is smaller than the desk top. And a desk top stays on the table and a laptop is portable

the differences between the desktop computer and the laptop computer is that if you have a desktop computer you can only get on if it is pluged up to a outlet and that the keybored does not connect to the computer and if you have a laptop computer then you can take it with you anywhere you go and that the keybored connects and you do not what to plug it into any outlet unless you are charging the computer so that is what i thimk the dirrerences is
a desk top computer can have a lot of memory and labtops can only have a certin amount with most labtops you need to have wi-fi but with desktop you do not need wi-fi
with a laptop you can move it around and with a desktop you have to leave it one spot and you cant carry it around.
lab tops r better cause they r faster then eny other computers and they also look beter flat screen computers r more than labtops

First of all computers are not portable but labtops are, so I think labtops are better. My guess is that labtops are more faster than computers, also screens need the computers or the screen is in the front of the computers.The last thing different about the labtops and the computers is that you need to hook up some wires for it and for labtops you can just take it with you.
laptop is portable desktop is not but you have to have a modem for a desktop computer
A laptop computer don’t have a mouse unless you buy one for it and you can carry them around anywhere and desktop computers you can’t. Laptops you can just buy a internet card and put it in your laptop instead of hooking up all the wires for a desktop computer.

You can take a laptop anywhere you want. But a laptop has to be plugged in to a power supply and it cant go anywhere.

A desktop computer you can only work on it when it on a desk or a talbe for example. But a laptop computer you can work on it any where plus you can take it with you anywhere because of its portable use.

The difference is that with a laptop you can only connect to the internet with router. With a desktop you can get connect through your ISP. but other than that, the only thing that seperates them is the handheld device. You can take the laptop anywhere. Only a short answer today.
A desktop is different then a laptop because a desktop has both a monitor and a tower- unlike a laptop wich has a monitor and a mother bored all in one . Plus a laptop is portable and a computer is stationary, laptops and desktops are alot different . like a computer(desktop) you sometimes have to go buy speakers and mice – and keyboreds . but laptops come with it all built into one.

There are several differences between a desktop computer and a laptop.
Laptops: laptops can be carried around. Laptops also have a connected keyboard and they are really thin.
Desktops: desktops can not be carried around. They alos have a seprate keyboard and they’re thick. Plus a desktop has a monitor.

A DESKTOP COMPUTER HAS TO STAY ON UR DESK AND U CAN TAKE A LAPTOP ANYWHERE U GO. I WOULD RATHER HAVE A LAPTOP THAN 2 HAVE A DESKTOP COMPUTER BECAUSE SOME DESKTOP COMPUTERS CAN GET A VIRUS AND IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO RESTART THE COMPUTER CAUSE IT WILL FREEZE. IF A LAPTOP GETS A VIRUS IT MIGHT NOT TAKE ALONG TIME TO RESTART BECAUSE IT DOESN’T HAVE ALL THOSE WIRES PLUGGED UP TO IT LIKE A DESKTOP DOES.

well i know allot of people have a xbox 360 and i know allot of people that haves a wii and they might get a ps3 cause the price is going down.
they will make more people want to buy them because their price is so low and their graphics are good. so
i hink that this would be a better game system then the other ones and people ill like this one better so of course they are going to buy it then they are going to tell other people about it so more and more people will buy it
because the price on the ps3 is going down to $299 and alot of people might go and get it even if they have a xbox360 or a wii. While they r a lower price im sure everyone that wants a ps3 might go and get it so they wont have 2 get it when it goes back up on its price and then Sony will get back up there with Xbox and Wii.
